We do not provide professional alarm monitoring services. Monitoring, if enabled, is provided by Ring and governed by Ring’s terms.

 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• A guard service

• An emergency response provider

All monitoring features are governed exclusively by Ring’s user agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Digital Delight is not liable for theft, property damage, personal injury, or failure of emergency notification services.

 

5. PROJECT VIDEO & PHOTO RECORDING DISCLOSURE

To maintain quality control, documentation, training standards, and consultation accuracy, Digital Delight may:

• Record video walkthroughs of project sites

• Capture photos of installations

• Record consultation sessions

• Document wiring, equipment placement, and device configuration

These recordings are used for:

• Internal quality assurance

• Project documentation

• System servicing

• Training and operational improvement

We do not:

• Sell client recordings

• Share recordings publicly without consent

• Access Ring camera footage unless requested for troubleshooting

By engaging our services, you consent to project documentation recording for legitimate business purposes.

6. CONSULTATION & DESIGN FEES

Digital Delight operates as a professional design-led integrator.

Certain consultations may require a Discovery or Design Fee.

Design fees:

• Are non-refundable

• May be credited toward installation

• Cover system architecture, layout planning, and documentation

All intellectual property created during design remains property of Digital Delight unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

We install products manufactured by third parties including Ring, Lutron, Josh AI, Eero, and others.

We are not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects

• Software changes

• Firmware updates

• Cloud outages

• Product discontinuation

Manufacturer warranties apply separately.

 

8. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

All website content is informational only and does not constitute:
